19 Reasons Why This Is An Excellent Resume. Recruiters spend an average of six seconds reviewing a resume before they make the initial decision on candidates, according to research conducted by TheLadders, an online job-matching service for professionals. That means you have to win them over function, fast. To get a better idea of what makes a resume great, we reached out to Amanda Augustine, career expert at TheLadders. She created an example of an excellent resume and allowed us to share it. While resumes should be tailored to the industry you're in, the one below offers a helpful guide for spirited away analysis, entry- and mid-level professionals with three to five years of relevant work experience. What makes this resume so great? Augustine outlines the following reasons: 1. It includes a URL to the jobseeker's professional online profile.

If you don't include URLs to your professional online profiles, hiring managers will look you up regardless. Augustine tells Business Insider that 86% of recruiters admit to function, reviewing candidates' online profiles, so why not include your URL along with your contact information? This will prevent recruiters from having to guess or mistaking you for someone else. If you have a common name, consider including your middle initial on your resume and online professional profiles to differentiate yourself from the competition, says Augustine. For example, decide if you're Mike Johnson, Michael Johnson, or Mike E. Johnson. Then use this name consistently, be it on LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, or Facebook. 3. It includes a single phone number and away analysis, email address. Choose one phone number for your resume where you control the voicemail message and who picks up the phone, she advises. Wedding Function In Pakistan! The same rule applies to an email address.

4. It does not include an seinfeld free, objective statement. There's no point in including a generic objective about a professional looking for in pakistan, opportunities that will allow me to leverage my skills, says Augustine. It's not helpful and distracting. Ditch it. New Zealand Minimum! 5. Instead, it includes an executive summary. Wedding In Pakistan! Replace your fluffy statement with an executive summary, which should be like a 30-second elevator pitch where you explain who you are and what you're looking for . To The Great Depression! In approximately three to five sentences, explain what you're great at, most interested in, and wedding function in pakistan, how you can provide value to a prospective employer, Augustine says. Gates Became Famous! 6. It uses reverse chronological order. This is the most helpful for recruiters because they're able to see what you've been doing in wedding in pakistan, recent years immediately, says Augustine. The only time you shouldn't do this is if you're trying to codes, transition to another career altogether, but then again, in this situation, you'll probably be relying more on networks, than your resume, she says.

7. It uses keywords like forecasting and wedding, strategic planning. Many companies use some kind of solutions to the great, screening process to in pakistan, identify the right candidates. You should include the keywords mentioned in the job posting throughout your resume. Identify the common keywords, terminology, and key phrases that routinely pop up in how did gates became famous, the job descriptions of your target role and incorporate them into your resume (assuming you have those skills), advises Augustine. This will help you make it past the in pakistan, initial screenings and on to the recruiter or hiring manager. 8. It provides company descriptions. It's helpful for recruiters to know the size of the company you used to codes workers, work for, advises Augustine. Being a director of a huge company means something very different than a director at a small company, she says. You can go to the company's About Us section and rewrite one or two lines of the description. This should be included right underneath the name of the company. While the company size is helpful information, including the company description will also let the in pakistan, hiring manager know what industries you've worked in.

For example, being an accountant in tech may be very different than being an accountant in the hospitality industry. As with most things on wages, a resume, the company description should be tailored based on the professional's goals. If you're looking to in pakistan, switch industries, your focus may be on the company size - assuming it's similar to your goals - and less on discussing the various products your company sells. 9. How Did Bill Gates Famous! It does not list achievements in function in pakistan, dense blocks of text. Recruiters receive so many resumes to personality change when drinking, scan through at a time, so make it as easy as possible for function, them to understand why you're perfect for the job. Dense blocks of text are too difficult to read, says Augustine. 10. Of Practice For Social! Instead, achievements are listed in two to five bullet points per job.

Under each job or experience you've had, explain how you contributed to or supported your team's projects and wedding function in pakistan, initiatives. As you build up your experience, save the bullets for your bragging points, says Augustine. Quantify your major accomplishments and minimum wages, contributions for each role, Augustine tells us. This can include the money you saved or brought in for wedding, your employer, deals closed, and solutions to the great, projects delivered on time or under budget. Do not use any more than three to function, five bullet points. 12.

Accomplishments are formatted as result-and-then-cause. For Social! A good rule is to wedding, use the result BY action sentence structure whenever possible. For example: Generated approximately $452,000 in annual savings by employing a new procedure which streamlined the business's vendor relationships. 13. Wages! White space draws the reader's eyes to important points. Recruiters do not spend a lot of wedding, time scanning resumes, so avoid dense blocks of text. The key is to format the information in a way that makes it easy to away, scan and recognize your job goals and relevant qualifications, Augustine tells us. 14. It doesn't use crazy fonts or colors. Stick to black and white color, says Augustine.

As for font, it's best to stick with the basics, such as Arial, Tahoma, or Calibri. Augustine says you should never write your resume in third person because everyone knows you're the one writing it (unless you go through a professional resume writing service). Instead, you should write it in first person, and do not include pronouns. It's weird [to include pronouns], and it's an extra word you don't need, she says. You need to streamline your resume because you have limited real estate. Avoid adding any embedded tables, pictures, or other images in your resume, as this can confuse the function in pakistan, applicant-tracking software and jumble your resume in the system, says Augustine. 17. It doesn't use headers or footers.

It may look neat and concise to display your contact information in the header, but for t he same reason with embedded tables and solutions, charts, it often gets scrambled in an applicant tracking system, says Augustine. In Pakistan! 18. Education is listed at the bottom. Unless you're a recent graduate, you should highlight your work experience and move your education information to the bottom of your resume, says Augustine. Never include anything about your high-school years. Depression! 19.

It doesn't say references upon request. Every recruiter knows you're going to provide references if they request it so there's no reason for function in pakistan, you to include this line. Again, remember that space on your resume is solutions to the great, crucial so don't waste it on a meaningless line, Augustine tells us.

Perception and Reality Essay Sample. This paper will attempt to argue against the common misconceptions about reality and perception. It will try to explain that perception and reality are interconnected, and that our five human senses are not the sole basis of reality, they are just instrumental to am additional process of in pakistan perception that will bring the truth in our lives. This paper will briefly discuss the historical progression of codes of practice for social workers human apprehension of the in pakistan, world he exists in. From Plato to Quantum Physics, the paper will clearly show how our perception can change the way we view the world.

Admittedly this topic is broad and the paper could not possibly cover all its aspects. The paper will only focus wherein it will show that the creation of our reality is significantly based on our perception, there are important aspects that were left out like the nature of consciousness and its role on perception. Although this will enhance the understanding of gates perception and in pakistan, reality, it is no longer a necessity for this concept to be elaborated further. Some citations and explanations are self evident; other examples are very technical, if the reader would like to have a further understanding of the cited examples, a different reference might be needed. I. What is Reality?

What is real? How do you define real? If youre talking about what you can hear, what you can smell, taste and fee, then real is simply electrical signals interpreted by your brain. -Morpheus, The Matrix. Reality in solutions depression its simplest explanation is everything that exists. It covers everything from atoms to wedding the stars in a faraway galaxy and new zealand minimum, everything in between, including the everyday objects we encounter. Non-material objects like thoughts and ideas, love, purpose, meaning can also be ascribed some semblance of reality to them.

However, all these and everything that exists can be said to only exist because we perceived them. So if everything that exists are only objects of our perception, what is real then? More than 2000 years ago, some guy named Zeno presented a riddle that up to now baffled scientists and thinkers alike. It was called the The Arrow Paradox. Zeno argued that the flight of an arrow is an example of motion. He stated that in any given moment of wedding function time, the arrow is either where it is, or where it is not, if the arrow is where it is, then it is not moving, if it is where it is not, then it cannot possibly be there, the how did bill gates became, arrow can only wedding be where it is; thus, it cannot move and is always at rest, although in different locations in space. Became Famous. To understand this better consider the light bulbs we usually see as Christmas decors, there is a perception that lights are running from one direction to function the other, but in reality, the lights just blink on wages, and off in a sequential pattern so as to create the illusion that it is moving. Here we have a paradox, on one hand; no one can repute what Zeno had claimed.

That the arrow never moves. Logically speaking, no one has ever succeeded in disproving what he said. In other words, he was so correct in his analysis that no one can dispute them. Wedding Function. On the drinking alcohol, other hand, our common sense will undeniably tell us that the arrow is moving, thus the wedding in pakistan, paradox. Bill Gates Became. This paper was not meant to present a resolution to Zenos riddle, (although there is a perfectly logical explanation based on our latest scientific knowledge, this paper will no longer tackle it.) the paradox was only cited to illustrate the dilemma of human perception, that the reality based on our perception is not absolute and varies as our perspective changes.

Reality will always be dependent on what we perceive and how we perceive it. II. The Nature of Perception. The most common model of perception is that what we see, hear, smell, touch and wedding function in pakistan, feel is what is real. These are input data sensors that go straight to our brain. New Zealand. The brain then interprets the vibratory information to construct images that evoke ideas and emotions to name a few. These images in turn are further conceptualized by assigning meanings to these mental constructs, completing the whole process of perception.

Without interpretation there is no perception, we commonly think that two different people looking at the same object would see the wedding function, same thing. But it is possible that the personality change, interpretation of the brain will tell us that the two persons may not be seeing the same thing. Function. A good example would be the case of drinking a glass half filled with water, two persons may see the same sensory input that tells them that there is a glass and there is water in it, but if you ask them what they see, one may tell that the glass is in pakistan, half-full and the other may tell that the glass is half-empty. Spirited Away. Why is this so? The sensory inputs of our perception, when it goes to the brain, are filtered by the mind. So, the way those signals or inputs are constructed inside the brain are affected by in pakistan, various factors. The factors that affect our perception maybe our environment, culture, upbringing, experiences, beliefs, etc. there may not be a conflict to spirited see a single object with nothing in the background, they would surely see the same thing. But imagine seeing everything and the relata of all objects all around us all at wedding function once. It is easy to imagine now how challenging to the brain the process of perception is. However, though our naked perception is only limited, by the help of our instruments we are able to perceive a world that is solutions to the, totally different from what we commonly see, by the use of wedding function these devices, we were able to magnify the solutions depression, scale and wedding in pakistan, scope of our perception.

This enables us to free episodes see and imagine the worlds on both end of the spectra of the infinitely large and the infinitely small. With this capability, we were able to hold varying world views throughout our history. These world views are how we see ourselves and the world around us. It seems that for humans, bare perception and wedding function in pakistan, its interpretation are inseparable. Because of this, the nature of perception has an intrinsic illusory aspect, we believe that the things we see are actually what they are, although we can hold this to to the great depression be relatively true, most of the time, it is not always the case. There have been some serious studies to show that the universe is nothing more than a holographic representation of the brain ( a hologram is a 3d image projected into space by the aid of lasers.). Function In Pakistan. This theory will sure shake the how did famous, very foundation of our sense of reality, and wedding function, if true, then the illusory nature of perception is very possible. Why? Because what we see to be real is totally different from what a holographic universe will suggest. In other words, we should always be prepared to at least accept a new world view based on codes of practice, the implications of the latest scientific knowledge. III.

The Role of Perception in Reality. The Allegory of function in pakistan Platos Cave. Plato imagined humans living in bill an underground cave, with an opening where light enters as big as the cave a long way at the top. Theyve been there since birth, their bodies held in place by metal shackles. Their eyes are only limited to see what is in function in pakistan front of them because their bonds restrict them from spirited away turning their heads around. There is a fire burning behind them on wedding, higher ground.

These men cannot see the fire or the objects behind them, only personality when alcohol their shadows. The shadows are their only idea of reality. Plato suggested in his allegory that the world our senses show us is not necessarily what it seems to wedding in pakistan be, our perception can fool us into believing what is actual. A long time ago, the seinfeld free, world was believed to be flat, by common sense, thats what our eyes would tell us, and then later on, when men circumnavigated the world, they imagined and started to believe that the world was round, there was a change in perception, and later on, when our astronauts saw the wedding function, world in outer space and satellites took pictures of the globe, they confirmed that what was previously believe that the bill became, world is function, flat was false. As another example, our senses will tell us that the earth is still, but actually, it spins at a specific velocity around its axis. Reality as a paradigm of our Perception. To further understand the evolution of our beliefs and perception, let us discuss the various world views and beliefs human beings had throughout its history. In the Newtonian era, more than 200 years ago, the prevailing world view was that everything was mechanical and deterministic, that the world is seinfeld, governed and follow very specific physical laws and the that universe was made out of solid spherical objects with independent existence that interact with one another.

Now this paradigm was radically altered by the discovery of Einsteins theory of Relativity. The era of relativity told us that these objects had no independent existence of wedding function its own, that the existence of spirited one object is dependent on the existence of wedding in pakistan another. This idea becomes clear when we try to free define something. For example, what is energy? We define energy as the product of mass and motion, if you will notice, energy can only be defined by relating it to mass and motion, and the same goes with mass and motion, nothing can be defined and understood without referring to each other.

By the late 20th century, when scientist began to understand quantum mechanics, a more radical world view has been realized. It was so radical because it states that objects have no cause. The subatomic particles, which are the building blocks of everything we can see, come out of wedding nowhere randomly and spontaneously. It is so weird that people have not fully understood the implication of this new scientific discovery. Einstein who understood the minimum, implication of quantum mechanics made a comment that if quantum theory is in pakistan, correct, there is no objective reality at all. Today quantum theory is the most successful theory man ever conceived. And for sure for better or for worse, our perception of reality will never be the same again. The most common interpretation in the implication of quantum mechanics for example is that perception and objects are inseparable from solutions to the great one another. This idea further proves that perception plays a major role in our reality.

IV. Perception becomes reality. Perception is reality. By now, It is clear that there are levels of perception brought about by different points of views. The levels of this perception therefore have corresponding levels of reality. Using the example of wedding function in pakistan a flat earth perception, imagine that you went back in time to the medieval ages and told a peasant that earth is not flat but round, what would you think he would say? He would probably gather his neighbours and a laughed at you and dismissed you as a loony.

There is no way you could possibly convince these people unless you take them to a space ship and spirited away analysis, show them the wedding function, world from outer space. It was so obvious to them that the world that they feel and for social workers, see is wedding in pakistan, flat. Another example on codes for social workers, how we perceive objects, science will tell us that objects are composed of subatomic particles but when broken down further it was revealed that 99.99% of it consisted of empty space, yet we perceive objects as something as a solid figure with form and colour. We are not denying that there is function, validity and truth to seinfeld free episodes what we perceive. These examples were only to demonstrate that reality actually changes when there is a shift of a higher level of perception. Function In Pakistan. In other words, there are many points of view that create our reality. It is not the personality, case that all we can see is all that there is. It is the most common mistake to consider that the limit of our perception is the limit of function all that can be perceived.

The human mind and its ability to perceive is very limited and it can only comprehend a tiny fraction of what is really out there. The false sense of confidence and the high regard we uphold our beliefs actually obscures us to perceive reality as clear as it can be. An open mind, especially on the area of beliefs on our world, shaped about by personality when drinking, our limited perception, can be very useful in shattering even the most persistent illusions we hold about the function, world and ourselves. There is a serious and profound consequence to our perceptions being influenced by our reality and of held reality influenced and altered by our new way of perceiving things. To understand the dynamic relationship between the two is great advantage. Phenomenal reality is personal truths brought about by when, ones beliefs and ideas about the world. Each one of us tends to think we see things as they actually are. that we are objective, but this is not the case.

We see the world not as it is, but as we are or how we are conditioned to see it. Our behaviors, attitudes, mindsets and relationship towards the world and other people are profoundly affected by how we perceive things. A case of a believer of a particular religion who held a particular belief system that there is only one god and its his god is the true one god, then tends to treat others beliefs as false. Wedding. These attitudes rather convinced the seinfeld, believer that those people are ignorant and are being deceived by their own religion. Worse, he is wedding function in pakistan, also very inclined to consider these poor people as something inferior. Now, imagine that human beings can believe that there is only one God, manifested in many ways, and in various belief systems. Imagine the implications of this new way of perceiving things, instead of focusing on endless arguments brought about by new zealand wages, their differences, they can acknowledge and tolerate each others beliefs. The energy and resources that is used once to affirm, protect and function in pakistan, propagate their faiths are now available to to spend in truly worthwhile activities that will truly uplift the human conditions.

Imagine the peace and harmony brought about by focusing on shared similarities rather that difference. There is a great potential for this new world view. Our latest knowledge in science, our knowledge in philosophy and religion are already here to tell us that we are one, all that is needed is a shift of perception and we can create a world where everyone can truly live in prosperity. Whether collectively or in a personal level, we are responsible for minimum our lives, we create our reality based on our perception. What is important is what we are conscious about. It is my contention that raising or even changing ones level of perception gives him the wedding function in pakistan, ability to create a life with quality. Away. For better or for worse, perception makes or breaks us.

When he approaches the light his eyes will be dazzled, and he will not be able to see anything at all of what are now called realities He will require to wedding function in pakistan grow accustomed to the sight of the upper world. And first he will see the seinfeld, shadows best, next the reflections of men and other objects in the water, and then the objects themselves; then he will gaze upon the light of the moon and the stars and wedding function in pakistan, the spangled heaven Last of he will be able to see the personality change when drinking, sun. How to Guide to wedding function, Racing Resume / Sponsorship Proposal. So you want to race. Welcome to gates became famous, the club. Whether you are trying to wedding, work this out with family support, or on your own, unless you are fabulously wealthy, you have already realized that sponsorship is a must for nearly every racer on the track. In your pre-racing days you had to pay for parts to depression, make your ride go as fast as your buddy's, or to make it easier on wedding function in pakistan, your bod while having fun.

As a racer, whether you are a first year amateur or a factory pro, you will have to new zealand minimum wages, obtain the performance modifications and replace product when you mess it up, on or off the track. In fact I know of quite a few times that perfectly good brand new parts have been destroyed in the process of function, installing them (an expensive education and a lesson in why we should read the directions that come with our new toys). The point being that your little obsession/habit of racing/riding is going to be a costly adventure, but also the time of your life. Anyone that has been to a race track has noticed the stickers on great depression, the bikes and wedding, haulers. These are sometimes put there because they came free in the shipment of nerfs, handlebars or in a sticker pack the rider got at the local Honda shop. If you are a sponsored rider, then the to the great branding/stickers on your quad and hauler establish you as a part of the company that you represent. Your actions while wearing the stickers of function in pakistan, your sponsor reflect on the sponsor as well as yourself. Sponsors consider that when choosing riders. Next question, How do I get a bunch of those stickers without paying for them or the parts they come with?

Answer: You do your darndest to earn sponsorship. Simple. Right? Not really. When I first got into of practice for social this arena I was in the same shoes you are in right now (unless you have a marketing degree- in wedding function in pakistan, which case disregard the rest of this article). My background had nothing to do with how to write a resume for a racer. Sure I could find examples from books at the library or bookstore on resumes, but none for a professional or semi-professional athlete, much less a racer.

So I had to determine what to do to minimum wages, mix the style of resume that I would submit if was looking for a position with a secretarial pool or a teaching position and that of a professional athlete forming a `Racer's Resume'. If you are still reading this right now, you are probably one of the sponsor hungry population who are running out of time to get noticed and function in pakistan, be considered for this season's budget from most companies. How it works: Nearly every company has a `Sponsorship Budget' in their program. Each company has a person or team of change drinking alcohol, persons responsible for in pakistan, distributing the monies/products or a combination of both to new zealand minimum, deserving athletes. This person or team of persons is called `Rider Support'. Nearly every company that offers sponsorship has levels of sponsorship.

Common levels are A, B C level support, Pro and Factory. Support can range from a discount on certain products to free products, contingency (this would be money paid for your wins at certain events) all the way to the Holy Grail of the wedding racer: Factory Support. Now let's get down to how to keep your resume on the top of the spirited away analysis pile and out of the trash can. Aside from the function in pakistan basics like your name, street address, city, state, zip code, home and spirited analysis, cell phone numbers, you should also include your email. Function In Pakistan? A common mistake, believe it or not, is to leave out contact information. Jack Bednar, from Lonestar Racing, has had to dig through the trash pile before to find the new zealand minimum right envelope that a resume came in to find out how to function, get in touch with the rider. Also necessary in your resume is a short bio of you and your riding history. Don't go into drinking great detail of every second, third or less finishes you have had, and don't include reasons why you didn't podium at specific races.

Until you are sponsored, no one really cares why you didn't finish a race except your parents. Photos are a must. You need to include a head-shot of yourself, one of your bike and one action shot of you at the very least. References must be listed on your resume. Make sure to include contact information on your references as well. Submit your resume to the right people, during the right time frame. What this means is wedding function in pakistan make sure that you address your resume to the correct department within your target sponsor. Check on the target sponsor's website or call their operator to seinfeld episodes, make sure you have the right address, right name and right time frame to submit your resume. OK, these are the rules.

Sounds pretty easy so far. If this was all there is to it, you would not have read this far. This section is more the wedding in pakistan strategy than cheat codes. There aren't really `Cheat Codes' to a resume, but there are bonus points you can score. Let's review what we have done so far.

We have a basic 4 page resume. You have included all the personality when drinking alcohol `regular' stuff and are following all the rules. Wedding? Now, let's get creative and find the way to keep your resume on the `keep' pile of your target sponsor's desk. First of all do not even consider handwriting your resume. Make sure you use a good word-processor and wages, spell check it. Kevin Mummuah, from Lost Creek Cycle, says, Don't expect someone to do more for you, than the function in pakistan effort you put into your resume. I can tell how much work they put into it when I open them. Solutions Great? The ones that haven't spent the time are obvious.

Your focus should be to maximize what you can offer your potential sponsor in the form of endorsing their product and how to communicate that you can do this to the sponsor. If you are sending resumes out to companies that you really like, then it shouldn't be too hard to express your enthusiasm for the company and their product or to come up with ideas on how you would carry the message to potential customers on how awesome their products are. Is your brain full yet? Maybe this is where you should reconsider that job at the sawmill instead of racing. I know I have suggested something like this a couple of times to wedding, my racer. Beginning with your contact information review what you have there. Format your information with your name in bold print.

This is important. If you have included your email, and I am hoping you ARE including an email, you need to keep it professional. You are asking companies to invest a serious amount of confidence in personality change when, you as well as money in you to support their products and represent their company. If you have an email of toker420@hotmail.com or radicalrider69@yahoo.com (I don't know if these are real emails or not), it definitely gives a certain impression. Function? Most companies have so much interest in seinfeld free, their sponsorship programs that they can throw away any potential riders that even hint of unprofessionalism. Wedding Function In Pakistan? Go ahead and wages, keep your identity nickname for chat and private messages, but obtain a professional email with your name in it like dana@danacreechracing.com or john_smith@hotmail.com either of wedding function in pakistan, these would be acceptable and have no unprofessional image. A note on professionalism: if you include your cell phone number or private home number make sure that your recording is also mainstream.

No radical music interludes, raps, or weird recordings. Keep it short and sweet. Codes Of Practice For Social? People in rider support don't have all day to listen to your favorite tunes or you goofing off on your answering machines. Make the in pakistan choice to solutions to the depression, go with something grown-up, since you are asking for a grown-up gift. Most of the Rider Support people take about wedding function 30 seconds on personality when drinking, each resume before deciding what pile to file it in. Function? You need to get their attention to make them even slightly interested in you in solutions to the great, the first 10 seconds so they will put you in the `keep' pile rather than the `round' file next to the desk (trash can). Wedding Function In Pakistan? Start your resume with an eye catcher. What catches your eye? An action photo would be a good idea. OK, here comes the kicker: you actually need a decent action photo to put there. If you don't have some that have been professionally done, get some.

Next make sure that the reader can tell it's you. Below are two examples. They are both great `action' photos but the second one is defiantly more eye-catching. Also use good sizes but not to new zealand minimum, overwhelming and use good quality prints. After you have your resume completed don't mess it all up by printing on wedding, your home computer with a low color cartridge. You can have them printed in color on a laser printer for under a buck a page at the local Kinkos. Make sure that you are the focus and new zealand, that action is clear. As Kevin Mummuah said, Don't send me substandard photos with ant people in function, them. Next you need to describe what your abilities and qualifications are. Get rid of all the descriptions of how cool you are and what people think about you. Do include action words describing what you can do.

Be willing to back it up. And keep it short. Make sure to include a short history of your wins. Don't include every race you did or why you didn't podium or finish a particular race. If you have a photo of your pit area at a race this would be a good place to of practice for social workers, include it. I am thinking of a photo of your pit area, neat, no garbage, clean well maintained quad, your tools organized and maybe you and your mechanic (or Dad, or your dog) standing next to your quad in in pakistan, full clean gear.

Remember you are asking a company to be identified with your professionalism. Do you really think they will be interested in seinfeld episodes, being associated with someone who has no respect for their bike or surroundings? Include where you plan to race for the upcoming season. Function In Pakistan? Just list the series that you plan to do in full. If you are going to do something like the full GNC National schedule then include it, otherwise say you will be attending selected National events. How Did Bill Gates Famous? Be realistic on where you are going to race and choose one series to focus on. Spell check. Read it aloud to someone (that usually catches something that is wedding function worded weird).

Check your formatting. Make sure you don't have lines that look. this in your resume. Do your homework. Find out exactly who to bill became, send your resume to by calling the company or looking up on their website for wedding function in pakistan, information on where and who to send your resume to AND make sure that you are submitting your resume in for social, the right time frame. For instance Shift's Rider Support head, Rob Salcedo, says that they ONLY accept resumes during October 1-31 period. Any resumes that show up even one day early or one day late go straight into wedding function in pakistan the garbage can. Solutions To The Depression? Shift gets over 300 resumes from amateur riders in the ATV discipline alone.

Clancy Schmitt, from Hiper-Technology, says they get over 500 per year. The competition is wedding function in pakistan stiff for those sponsorships. Seinfeld Free Episodes? So make sure yours comes to the attention of the right person during the right time period. Spell out wedding how you plan on earning your sponsorship. Codes For Social? Simply `promoting my sponsors to the best of wedding, my ability and listing my sponsors on my sign-ups' is not enough. This is EXPECTED not a perk from you. New Zealand? Running the sponsor's stickers and saying `Thank-You' when interviewed are also expected. Whew, now that we have that out of the way, think on what YOU can do that only you can do.

Be original. Be clear on what your plans are. Spell out exactly what you would like your sponsor to do for in pakistan, you. Do not expect free stuff. More realistically you can expect to receive some kind of personality, a discount on product if you are selected for function in pakistan, sponsorship. Many companies offer their main products at a special rate for sponsored riders. If for instance you are approaching LoneStar Racing, you can let them know what products you are planning on purchasing and when you would need to make a decision on to the great, purchasing. Fasst Company said they want to see at least six things that you can do for them.

Chris and Cole say, Whatever you want from this company, you need to be prepared to in pakistan, do double in return. References are important. Seinfeld Episodes? Just like a `regular' resume, be prepared to supply the function in pakistan names, addresses, and phone numbers of people that have knowledge of your riding and personality. Seinfeld Episodes? Your school counselor could write a quick letter of support (on school letterhead) as well as be a reference, a family member, the owner of the local bike shop and other sponsors are great references. Other riders are not good references. If you can get someone who is nationally recognized to be a reference this is wedding function best. Spirited? The ATV industry is quite small and many people know each other well enough to wedding, just give a quick call. If you are under 18 years old, it is absolutely imperative that you include the fact that you have family support. New Zealand? Even young adults will benefit from showing a strong family support system.

Be prepared to show who you are, not just what you do. This is hard to accomplish in wedding function, a 4 page resume but can be done. Presentation. Make sure that you have a cover page, your resume, history/bio page, and a photo page. This is all standard stuff that most of the Rider Support personnel that I spoke with wanted to see. Free? They also have some pet peeves of what is not cool to them. Rob Salcedo absolutely hates those slippery covers that you get for wedding function, school reports. What happens is you get a stack of personality when drinking, them together and they all start sliding out, ending up on in pakistan, the floor, in the coffee etc. To The Depression? So binders are a big no-no.

A simple staple or cover that is not slippery is good. Have I mentioned spell checking yet? Take pride in yourself and your request. Let your potential sponsor see who you are. Biggest mistakes include: non typed or non word processed resume; slippery folders; the wedding function quote, `will promote your company to the best of my ability'; large files emailed to company; too short of episodes, a resume; too long of a resume; and misspelled words. Every company that I spoke with accepted resumes in mail form. A few accepted emails, and fewer still accepted FAXed resumes. Nearly every company accepted resumes in October and November. A few accepted them in September and a few accepted them in December.

After January 1 no one that I spoke with would look at a resume. Each company that I spoke with had different levels of support. Function In Pakistan? Scot Denton, from Denton Racing, said they have four levels of free episodes, support. In Pakistan? Kevin Mummuah from Lost Creek Racing works with a lot of riders at different levels of support. Lost Creek has their pros but also a large number of amateurs and pros who are not even on codes of practice workers, the roster for Lost Creek, who sometimes end up getting on track support from Kevin. Function? Hiper Technology has three levels of support.

Basically most of the companies that I spoke with have different levels of increasing support the longer you have been with the company or as your racing wins or popularity as an ATV personality increases. If you refer a customer to your sponsor, ask the how did bill gates customer to tell your sponsor where they found out about the product. Wedding? This looks very good for you and your sponsor will remember this when it comes time to re-evaluate their budget the to the great depression next year. Jack Bednar summed it up pretty well, Obviously we can't see them all ride, so we have to wedding function in pakistan, go on how they present themselves to us through a resume. There are a lot of people using the Sponsorhouse system for generating a resume. This is a great resource, and OK to use, for personality change, a starting point. The format of the Sponsorhouse system takes care of all the function in pakistan basics but the individuality is lacking and many times it seems that the potential sponsor or overwhelmed Rider Support personnel are directed to a web-page to to the great, go over. Keeping in mind that the function in pakistan Rider Support people see so many resumes each year, do you really think they are going to be interested in great depression, sitting in front of wedding, a computer surfing your webpage? Sponsorhouse is a great addition to a traditional resume that is sent out as a hard-copy to your target companies and can really help as the year goes on by keeping your hard-won sponsors up to date on codes of practice for social, what is happening with you. I would not rely on wedding function in pakistan, Sponsorhouse to do it all for you though.

If you end up getting sponsorship, and I am sure you will if you follow the workers tips in this article, make sure that you keep contact with your sponsors. Even if it is wedding a small sponsorship the first year, you need to for social workers, start somewhere. Cultivate your relationships and in a few years you should have a much better sponsorship, assuming you live up to function in pakistan, what you say you will do for your sponsor. Johnny Jump, from KN Engineering, says he likes to see photos of the bike with his company's stickers on it. Solutions Great Depression? It would be a fatal mistake to apply for a second year including a photo without your sponsor's sticker visible. Keep in mind all the riders you have seen in person, on the track, movies, magazines and on in pakistan, the internet. They are all potentially competing with you for the sponsor budget. You have to sell yourself. I know this is kind of weird but basically the `you-ness' of you is seinfeld free episodes all that really separates you from any other rider who applies for sponsorship. I know it feels odd but you need to bite the wedding bullet and go for it. As an added bonus you can view Dana Creech's 2003 Resume online through his website.

Have fun, ride safe and don't forget to call your Mom.
